Weol-ju is a short-tempered woman who runs a mysterious street-side drinking tent, where she and former afterlife detective Chief Gwi enter customers' dreams to help solve their troubles. She hires gentle part-timer Han Kang-bae, whose touch makes people spill their worries, which is handy since she has 100,000 souls' grudges to resolve.
